What are the solutions for people who have permanently impaired their intestines?

I have been abusing senna for over or about 10 years now. My bowel function has finally stopped working on its own, I don't know how many days it would take to finally have a BM, because by the time I get to three days no dump, I can't take it anymore ( my stomach will get so big I'll look nearly to term on a pregnancy) and so I'll take an enema.
I am frightened, but have stopped taking the laxatives and I am performing an enema every two to three days instead. I know I can't keeping doing this... But I am concerned about toxins after having putrefied food in my body for three or more days, I'm concerned about hardening of stool if I would manage to try to wait it out while still putting food into my body (Which is scary)and I am concerned about permanent dysfunction-- what If I have permanently impaired myself, then what...?
So as much as my will allows, I am only eating foods with out salt. Primarily fruits and vegetables with fasting on juice and water. I am exercising daily including 30 minutes of jogging. Trying not to stress, because I hear that just makes it worse. And I am optimistic...
Regarding: permanent bowel dysfunction.
I'd like to hear more about that... When and how will I know if my condition is permanent and what would be the degree of dysfunction...?
Is it possible that my intestines will never respond without help? Is it possible that the enemas can stop working too?
What would I do If my condition were permanent - how would I manage eating?
