Cut out fuel. Dietary fiber is the basis to form stools. No fiber hmmm or rather, less fiber does the trick. Boycott fresh vegetables and fruits. Be a carnivore, eat meat.
Don't rev the engine. Plonking food into the gut when the sun rises is as good as revving a car's engine. Food activates the gut to work. In fact, morning is the best time for the gut to churn out stool formed from the previous day's food intake. No food means no work for the gut. Skip breakfast or, go on a slimming diet regime.
Rev the engine too often. If you cannot stand starving yourself, go for the other extreme. Indulge yourself round the clock. The automatic nervous system that controls movements of the gut thrives on consistency. Erratic meal times confuses the automatic system which in turn, gives the gut good excuse to take off. Savour a huge chunk of tiramisu and tea between lunch and tea break. As for tea break, go for pasta topped with sauce and meatballs. Don't skip dinner. Enjoy some sandwiches for supper before you sleep.
Reiteration The gut likes quantity and quality food which includes dietary fiber. The darn gut also likes proper meal times such as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Any one of the above strategies irritates the gut. If you employ all three, the gut goes on strike. Many people had, are having and will have much success with this constipation diet.
