Buttock Exercises & Constipation

A casual visit to YouTube for videos on buttock exercises draws out a variety of creative ways to tone, firm and shape up the bum.

I have yet to see a video that teaches you to work your butt to improve bowel movement. Does this make me sound like a nerd who is not interested to make my as----paragus look sexier?

I know there's one guy who will snicker at my proposal. I won't give the link. All I can say is there is a guy who thinks that exercises make us constipated. He even offers a reward of 100,000 rupees to anyone who can prove scientifically that exercises are good for constipation.

If Kalahari bushmen had internet access and get to read this offer, they most likely protest.

The life style of these residents in the driest part of the earth fits the theme of my discussion . Lots and lots of 'em.

I don't know how many bushmen still lead their traditional life style. But if he does, he is barefooted and he walks on stones that hurt the heels. And the process goes this way:

( Steps on some sharp stones )

( Triggers reflexive reaction )

( Butt muscles tighten )

( The next step still some sharp stones and the process repeats )

Maximum workout on gluteus maximus - no brainer. After comparing picture of a bushman's butt and a "modern" man's butt, I definitely envy the former's highly developed rear end. I make it a private resolve to spend more time on a stretch of pebbled lane when I do my brisk walking exercise.

Even working folks who can hardly find time to go for brisk walking can work on their gluteus maximus - discreetly contracting and relaxing - while commuting to and fro work.

Squatting also exercises your butt.

If you are a vendor who display your goods on the ground in an open market, it's good for your butt.

:-)

No excuse to squat during work? Go pull some weeds in the garden.

For me, this is more feasible than doing the "bicycle" of pilate exercise.
